Several years ago, when my husband and I relocated to Ventura, we were disappointed with the dentists we initially encountered. Thankfully, a friend recommended Dr. Fisch, and through that recommendation, we found our forever dentist.
Dr. Fisch consistently provides comprehensive dental care and takes the time to explain our dental issues clearly and thoroughly. In addition, whenever a procedure is required, he personally calls in the evening afterward to ensure that recovery is progressing well. That extra level of care is always greatly appreciated.
I recall having a dental issue shortly before leaving town. Despite a very full schedule, Dr. Fisch made sure I was seen so I could travel without concern. Even though he accommodated me on short notice, I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. As with all of his patients, he does not keep people waiting.
While I am very pleased with the quality of care I receive from Dr. Fisch, he would not be able to provide such excellent service without his incredibly talented staff. His team is responsive, kind, and truly an asset to the overall patient experience.
As I said, Dr. Fisch is my forever dentist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was a patient at Ventura Center for Dental Health for more than 20 years. Earlier this year, I learned of a serious diagnosis noted in my medical record when the office manager shared my HIPPA-protected health information spontaneously and without my consent. VCDH staff never mentioned this diagnosis nor bothered to provide appropriate treatment.
Shortly before that happened, I was inquiring about an unexpected, non-consensual charge to my account, and must have unintentionally said something that upset one or more of the staff members. From then on, I was treated deplorably by the staff, who demonstrated a total lack of ethics, professionalism, and common decency. For example, the office manager and patient care coordinator both engaged in surreptitious patient abandonment (highly unethical and likely illegal) by repeatedly lying about having no appointments available. I immediately suspected their dishonesty, but the office manager continued to lie when I asked if there was any issue. When I confronted the patient care coordinator after acquiring proof of their lies, the response was "I just do what I'm told."

Dr. Fisch has been our family dentist for over 40 years. My daughter comes from Los Angeles and my son from Santa Barbara as no one would consider being treated by anyone other than Dr. Fisch.
His office staff is so lovely and professional that you think you are happy with your experience... but that is before you are treated by Dr. Fisch. Using the most up to date possible equipment and technology, he brings his extensive training, professional skill, his warmth and his compassion to every moment of treatment.
My niece once had an emergency and he squeezed her in on an already busy day. After the procedure she told me, " I think I have higher self esteem now that I had a dental crisis and I was treated by Dr. Fisch." We feel so fortunate to have him as our dentist!!

Exceptional dental practice with the highest level of care & professionalism. Ventura Center for Dental Health has been our family’s dentists since we became residents 20+ years ago. The level of care we’ve received is absolutely impeccable primarily due to the professionalism and care taken by staff and Dr’s Fisch, Mizraji, and Sastiel. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and updated constantly (honestly, I think they have a bit of a problem like my wife with shoes). I can say with complete confidence, you will not find better dental care anywhere in Ventura or Santa Barbara Counties.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little, I saw Dr. Mizraji as a kid and now I see Dr. Fisch. Everyone in the office are incredibly compassionate and kind and has a great bedside manner. Let’s just say for a few years my oral hygiene was way down on the totem pole and it really took a toll on my teeth. I was so embarrassed about it I avoided going for a long time which just made it worse. I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment, not once did Dr. Fisch make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about it. Going to the dentist can be a daunting task, when you have an excellent doctor it makes the experience more comfortable. I am very happy to be a patient here. – T.J. 2/24/2019
I’ve honestly had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bryan Fisch at the Ventura Center for Dental Health for at least the last third of my 65 years. And I have always believed in giving credit where, why, and when credit is due. The where of course is here on Yelp; the when is now, because I’m not getting any younger; and the ‘why’ is complex in the overall picture, yet very easy for me to explain. Except for my Father’s medical practice, I have yet to find a dentist that is as kind, funny, brilliant, organized, professionally forthright in every way, and one who confidently helps employ the best of co-workers AND the best, and the latest and most incredibly advanced dental equipment and appliances that I have ever seen! There’s one very simple thing I can say about Dr. Fisch and his practice, in closing, and it is this: if you don’t like going the dentist, change dentists! If you’re smart, you will come and discover the continuously best dental practice in Ventura, the Ventura Center for Dental Health! I used to be a dental hygienist myself, so I have seen both good and bad dental situations.
This dental office is the best! here are some reasons why:
1. Dr. Fisch is gentle, caring, and kind.
2. Dr. Fisch is a highly competent and experienced dentist
3. The front and back office staff are equally capable. It is a good sign when staff are stable and they are.
4. Technology in the office is up-to-date.
This means no more full mouth impression trays that make people gag.
5. The office runs on-time.
6. The hygienists are competent and do not shame people if their mouths are not in good shape as new patients. They are also friendly and kind.
7. If anesthesia/numbing is needed, it is delivered with great care and very gently and carefully.
In the years my family and I have been patients there, we have had significant amount of dental work, so I write from both my own and my loved one's experiences. This place is the real deal. I'm so glad I found it when I moved to VTA.

Dr. Alex has been my dentist for basically my whole life. He and his staff are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They make an effort to learn more about you, and every time I go in for my teeth cleaning, they ask for updates since I was last in the office. Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr. Alex’s practice! I have not seen Dr. Fisch, but I am certain he is wonderful as well.

Dr Fisch has many good things going for him. Not least of all patience. He is completely focused on you. Everyone I've interacted with at the practice has been a pleasure to deal with. How often does that happen now a days? After a lifetime in customer service, and poor dental habits, I know what I'm talking about. You need anything to do with your teeth, this is the place to go.

Everyone at Dr. Fisch’s office is just amazing. You feel like part of the family anytime you have an appointment, and you pick up right where you left off. The hygienists are thorough, yet gentle (a true art), and Dr. Fisch is so kind. He always takes the time to check in, he explains the details behind any dental issues, and always eases anxiety if you need work done. This office is top notch.

His office staff is friendly and accommodating, I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes. The hygienists are well trained and very thorough. Always a great experience!
